All domestic & international orders are processed and shipped via Australia Post within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or Public Holidays.

    

Australia Post can deliver to post offices, PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (for example during sales and holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Australia: Domestic shipping can take up to 2-5 business days.

USA: International shipping can take up to 14-25 business days.

Canada: International shipping can take up to 21-40 business days.

Europe: International shipping can take up to 15-40 business days.

Rest of The World: International shipping can take up to 18-45 business days.

Dante's Pet Shop is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
